2024年10月29日上午，2003网站太阳集团黨委書記葉文忠在第三教學樓301會議室講授“學習貫徹二十屆三中全會精神”專題黨課，全體院黨委委員、黨支部書記及經濟學系教工黨支部黨員與行政教工黨支部黨員參加學習。
葉文忠緊扣黨的二十屆三中全會精神，圍繞“深刻認識黨的二十屆三中全會的主題、深刻認識進一步全面深化改革的重要性和必要性、深刻認識進一步全面深化改革的指導思想和目标要求、準确理解《決定》提出的進一步全面深化改革重大舉措”四個維度，引導全體人員準确把握曆史邏輯、理論邏輯、實踐邏輯，深刻領會進一步全面深化改革重大意義,并就貫徹落實二十屆三中全會精神，結合學院人才培養機制創新、科學研究創新推進及管理制度創新分享了自己的觀點。

葉文忠在講課時強調，黨的二十屆三中全會是在以中國式現代化全面推進強國建設、民族複興偉業的關鍵時期召開的一次十分重要的會議，具有劃時代的裡程碑意義。學院全體黨員幹部要深學細悟黨的二十屆三中全會精神，立足育人崗位、力行全會精神，緊緊圍繞立德樹人根本任務，主動融入和服務國家重大戰略，以實幹擔當的作風推進學院高質量發展。
