關于做好2019年下半年發展對象培訓報名工作的通知

各分黨校：
根據《中國共産黨發展黨員工作細則》規定，學校黨校拟定于2019年10月中下旬在俱樂部集中舉辦2019年下半年發展對象培訓班。現将報名有關事項通知如下：
1、對經過一年以上培養教育和考察，取得入黨積極分子培訓合格證，基本具備黨員條件的入黨積極分子，在聽取黨小組、培養聯系人、黨員和群衆意見的基礎上，支部委員會讨論同意并報直屬黨委（黨總支部）備案後，可列為發展對象。列入今年下半年發展計劃的教師和學生發展對象參加本期培訓。
2、發展對象培訓名額分配見附表。具體培訓人員由直屬黨委（黨總支部）确定，并通知參加培訓的學生和教工于2019年9月29日前網上注冊報名（https://dangxiao.hnust.edu.cn）。請各分黨校于9月30日前進行審核，審核的主要内容有：首次申請入黨時間（必須與入黨積極分子培訓證書上的首次申請入黨時間一緻）、參加入黨積極分子培訓結業時間（與結業證書上填寫的時間一緻）、出生日期等。凡是沒有通過網上報名和審核的不能參加培訓，未經培訓或參加培訓沒有取得合格證的不能發展入黨。
