薪火就業大講堂第九講精彩開講

9月24日下午，由我校招生就業處主辦、我院承辦的“薪火就業大講堂·第九講”于第一教學樓404教室舉行。悍高集團-2003网站太阳集团院長楊葉強擔任主講，我院就業輔導員高亮主持會議。

楊葉強圍繞“精準定位與理想就業”，從經曆介紹和案例探讨入手，就如何精準定位未來職業道路、實現自我增值展開分享。他深入挖掘職業規劃發展的底層邏輯和基本要素，帶領學生剖析職業動機，全面普及校招流程。他認為，行業、企業、崗位是串聯的整體，求職者要以全局視角統籌考慮，掌握内部發展核心。

交流環節，楊葉強為學生答疑解惑，并現場指導簡曆制作。為貼合就業能力素質模型，他設置情境并列舉實例，從面試官角度出發，傳授各種場景面試技巧。現場氣氛活躍，學生認真聆聽并踴躍應答。

“通過此次會議，我對當今企業AI面試流程有了詳細了解，并對未來職業選擇方向做出了進一步規劃。接下來，我将注重提升個人求職技能、培養就業信心，時刻關注就業市場動态以實現個人職業道路的精準定位。”23級工商管理3班王申妙表示。
