薪火就業大講堂第十講開講

為幫助我院學生增強職業認知，樹立正确的擇業觀，10月22日下午，“薪火就業大講堂·第十講”于第三教學樓學術報告廳101舉行。活動由至名集團資深職業規劃師曾乾龍主講，我院電子商務系主任趙振軍主持會議。

曾乾龍從“是什麼”、“為什麼”、“怎麼做”三個角度出發，循序漸進地對“職業生涯規劃”的相關内容進行細緻地講解。他強調，大學生正處于人生旅程的關鍵轉折點，應盡早設立目标、制定恰當的職業規劃，努力提高自身的職業競争力，為未來職業發展奠定堅實基礎。

交流環節中，曾乾龍針對如何使用招聘軟件、選擇合适崗位等問題，為學生答疑解惑，并提醒學生仔細閱讀招聘軟件中各類職位對能力的要求，有針對性、全面地進行職業規劃，不斷提升綜合實力。

24級電商二班孟慶恒表示：“此次講座，我了解和學習了許多職業選擇的知識，對未來職業發展方向有了更明确的目标。在接下來的大學生活中，我們學生應該合理規劃、打好基礎、抓住機遇，為自己的職業生涯發展添上濃墨重彩的一筆。”
