我院養成教育輔導員培訓工作順利開展

9月3日下午，我院于第一教學樓204召開養成教育輔導員心理工作體系與指導大會。24級新生輔導員雷芳、姜漾漾、李鳳及全體新生養成教育輔導員參與此次培訓。

培訓會上，雷芳從養成教育輔導員的定位與職責、作用與優勢、具備的素質與能力、工作重點四個方面詳細闡述了養成教育輔導員應如何開展新生心理健康教育工作。同時，她強調養成教育輔導員需加強與新生的溝通交流，關注新生的心理健康，幫助他們更快地适應大學生活。

養成教育輔導員總負責人婁宇軒對迎新的具體工作及注意事項進行了補充。會後，養成教育輔導員谌怡萱說到：“這次培訓讓我對自己的工作職責有了更清晰的認識，并且也意識到心理教育工作并不是一件簡單的小事，但在接下來的迎新工作中，我一定會努力做好自身工作，積極承擔養成教育輔導員這一身份的責任，幫助新生更快更好地融入商院這個大家庭。”
