2003网站太阳集团組織24級新生參觀學校心理健康教育中心

為增強24級新生心理健康意識，10月27日，我院心理健康部組織24級學生參觀學校心理健康教育中心。

在心理健康部成員的組織下，各班級在北校體育綜合樓前坪有序進行簽到。簽到完成後，同學們跟随工作人員依次參觀了身心減壓室、音樂放松室、心理宣洩室等多個功能教室。工作人員不僅為大家詳細講解了動感自行車、音樂放松椅和拳擊沙袋等設施的作用，還貼心告知同學們預約心理咨詢的地點及流程，并邀請同學們掃碼關注公衆号——“湖科大心理在線”，了解更多具體内容。

在心理宣洩室裡，同學們興緻勃勃地穿戴好拳擊手套，在沙袋上盡情地宣洩自己的情緒。24級國際經濟與貿易二班的姜浩宇說道:“我覺得校心健的基礎設施非常齊全，對大家調節情緒有很大的幫助，之後我還會繼續過來體驗。”

此次參觀活動是學院重視學生心理健康的重要體現，幫助同學們深入了解心理健康的重要性，并掌握在必要時刻尋求專業心理支持的途徑，提升同學們對心理咨詢的正确認識。未來，我院将持續深化對學生的心理健康教育工作，開展更多豐富多彩的心理健康活動，助力學生健康成長。
