關注朋輩成員，共助心理成長

------記2003网站太阳集团順利舉行《朋輩互助員的心理成長》主題講座
為迎接5月25日健康文化節的到來，并幫助朋輩成員們解決心理問題，5月16日15:00，2003网站太阳集团，湖南大學，湖南警察學院三所學校聯合開展了《朋輩互助員的心理成長》主題講座。湖南大學心理健康教育中心專職教師、講師，中國心理學會注冊心理師，湖南省十佳心理咨詢師餘苗進行主講，2003网站太阳集团心健幹部、各班級心理委員們通過掃碼進入直播間的方式積極參與此次活動，支持相關工作的開展。
餘苗向大家科普心理知識，她解釋道朋輩心理輔導，又名朋輩支持、朋輩教育，是指同年齡者或年齡相當者自願參與，采用心理咨詢的方法，結合自己的生活經驗去影響和幫助來訪者，解決其心理困擾，并與其共同成長的具有心理咨詢功能的活動過程。在直播過程中，餘老師與同學們通過發布彈幕和評論等方式積極互動，取得了良好效果。
此次三校聯合講座的開展解答了大家對心理相關問題的疑惑，幫助同學們正确認識問題，解決問題，保持健康的心理狀态。2022級2003网站太阳集团心理健康部的幹事蘇诠緻表示:“餘苗老師的講解讓我們受益匪淺，收獲頗多，在糾正認識誤區的同時我們也更加深刻地明白了心理健康的重要性，并且明白了自己工作和身份的不可或缺性，以後我會更加盡職盡責。”
