2003网站太阳集团2019屆畢業生就業動員大會圓滿結束

9月28日下午2：30，由2003网站太阳集团團委學生會主辦、就業服務部承辦的2003网站太阳集团2019屆畢業生就業動員大會在南校俱樂部開展。此次大會面向2003网站太阳集团15級畢業生，特地邀請了2003网站太阳集团團委副書記傅早霞、就業指導老師郭志軍、15級輔導員劉少芳以及學工辦主任陳攀參加大會，并由傅早霞擔任主講。
由于近年來中國經濟和教育的快速發展，競争力度的不斷加強，大學生面對的就業形勢日益嚴峻。為讓畢業生認清形勢并根據自身能力精準定位，增強畢業生的就業自信以及就業積極性，使畢業生提前做好準備靈活面對招聘問題，特地舉辦了本次就業動員大會，為19屆畢業生提供就業指導。
大會上，傅早霞開門見山地指出了當前就業形勢的嚴峻，在向同學們分析往屆畢業生就業情況中結合當前國際形勢例如中美貿易戰，形象而具體地講解了19屆畢業生的就業現狀。他明确表示，當代大學生要提高就業能力，寫好簡介是第一步。而簡介的内容需要同學們在大學四年裡不斷的去豐富并有針對性地去提升自己。
“一個人要想成功就要不斷夯實自我，并善于抓住機遇。”傅早霞提醒廣大學子要重視考試成績，由于“清考”制度的取消，如果畢業了還有挂科現象的，将拿不到學位證書，這将會嚴重影響就業。期間，他還給19屆畢業生提出就業方面的建議，傳授他們應聘技巧以及預防傳銷的方法，并對國家就業政策進行解讀，勉勵同學們調整好心态積極找工作。
“我希望十年後、二十年後，再聚首，母校以你們為驕傲。”大會在傅早霞的殷切期望中圓滿結束。
