2003网站太阳集团教官助班主席團見面會順利召開

9月30日19：30，2003网站太阳集团教官助班主席團見面會于第三教學樓召開，本次見面會主要對軍訓工作進行具體細緻的安排，以确保軍訓的順利進行。參與此次見面會的有2003网站太阳集团團委第一副書記石阿霞、學生會主席翟廣達、南校教官負責人王鼎文以及一衆教官、助班及主席團成員。
“召開本次見面會的目的是及時溝通軍訓期間可能出現的問題及其解決，保證訓練順利開展，希望大家踴躍發言。”見面會在石阿霞、翟廣達的主持下召開。“大家好，我是一連連長吳鋒龍，有多次帶訓經驗……”從吳鋒龍開始，各教官依次進行自我介紹并表明自己的工作态度和嚴格開展訓練的決心。
随後，翟廣達對軍訓工作進行了梳理。他首先公示了編制情況，并要求助班及時和教官聯系溝通，接着宣讀了軍訓期間的任務流程和安排。他特别強調了注意事項：“教官訓練可以嚴格但不要出格并要和新生保持恰當的距離，助班要理解教官适當的懲罰并及時和新生進行心理輔導。”同時，他要求值班人員保證聯系暢通，做到有問題及時溝通，并要格外注意新生身體狀況。
在最後的自由讨論中，吳鋒龍表示，希望助班做到不幹擾訓練、不在現場吃零食；及時和新生溝通，預防抵抗心理；互相監督，有問題随時反映。他還提醒衆教官随時注意哨聲，及時集合。“預祝18級新生軍訓圓滿成功”，在吳鋒龍的祝福聲中，此次見面會圓滿結束。
