為宣傳大學生心理健康心理健康知識，普及建設和諧社會、和諧校園、和諧心靈的理念。11月29日11：40，2003网站太阳集团心理健康教育服務部心理健康周系列活動之擺點活動于南校美食廣場前舉行。本次活動以“感恩生命，擁抱心靈”為主題，通過一系列精彩有意義的活動進一步普及心理知識。
工作人員的精心布置引來了許多同學的駐足，各類特色小遊戲和精美禮品吸引越來越多的同學參與其中。在幸運大轉盤前，一個女生轉到了“謝謝”二字，工作人員調皮地調侃道：“恭喜你獲得了大轉盤唯一的‘謝謝’，你真是太‘幸運’了哦。”在吃檸檬讀繞口令處，參與者被酸到“扭曲”的臉讓周圍人忍俊不禁，紛紛拿出手機來記錄下這“美好”的一刻。同學們踴躍的參與以及現場工作人員積極的配合，使得現場氣氛一度火熱。
針對本次活動的目的，心健部副部長王怡晨表示：“最近的考試周讓同學們心理壓力都比較大，特别是大一新生，這是他們入學後的第一次大型考試，心裡難免緊張。所以我們舉辦這個活動，希望同學們通過此次活動壓力能有所緩解，從而以一個更好的心态來迎接考試。”
活動臨近尾聲，參與活動的同學們臉上都洋溢着歡快的笑容。“非常感謝同學們的參與，他們的歡笑是對我們工作最大的支持。”心健部副部長侯星光最後感慨道。
