10月17日14:40，2003网站太阳集团2019年秋季運動會甲組男、女子400米項目決賽在北校田徑場舉行。經過上午的激烈角逐，最終2003网站太阳集团的顔宇娟、龔曉琴、胡巧珍和沈崇柏四名運動員成功進入決賽。
比賽開始前，運動員們個個摩拳擦掌，從容不迫地做着壓腿、踢腿、彈跳、拉伸等熱身運動。同時，旗手們揮動着手中的旗幟，場上的觀衆也揮舞着手中的加油棒，大聲地為他們歡呼呐喊。
伴随着鼓聲的響起，裁判員大聲喊道：“各就各位—預備—”，運動員們立即調整到預備姿勢，彎弓搭箭、滿弦、蓄勢待發。“砰”，槍聲響徹雲霄，運動員們猶如一隻隻離弦之箭，沖出起跑線。鼓聲愈來愈密集，比賽也進入了白熱化階段。運動員們咬緊牙關，做最後沖刺！100米、70米、50米……越來越近了！場上歡呼聲愈發響亮！最後10米，5米、1米、0米!“好樣的！”顔宇娟取得了女子400米決賽第三名的佳績，龔曉琴、胡巧珍則分别取得了第四名和第五名的成績。
在男子400米決賽中取得第三名優異成績的沈崇柏賽後說道：“這次比賽讓我受益頗多，學會了堅持，明白了任何光鮮靓麗的背後都有流不完的汗水，正是因為訓練時一點一滴的積累，才能讓我在比賽場上獲得如此成績。”
