細緻入微的關懷是他最深切的愛

9月11日上午，烈日當空，2003网站太阳集团黨委副書記傅早霞一如既往地來到了南校新籃球場進行軍訓日常工作的視察。
一到達訓練場地，傅早霞便來到學生幹部擺點處，悉心詢問新生傷員身體狀況，并給予他們親切的問候。“你的腳還疼嗎？”“身體好些了沒有？”“及時吃藥了嗎？”“身體不适的時候一定要及時跟教官彙報，不要硬扛着。”面對書記細緻入微的關懷，新生真切地感受到了來自學院領導老師的關心與溫暖，并對此表示了由衷的感謝：“我們的身體已經好多了，正準備再次投入訓練，謝謝老師對我們的關心。”
随後，傅早霞在一旁觀看了新生們日常的訓練過程。“在訓練過程中不要過度緊張，以愉悅輕松的心态來面對軍訓訓練，把它當作一次寶貴的機會，學會在揮灑汗水的同時收獲快樂與友誼。”趁着新生們的休息間隙，傅早霞席地而坐，與新生親切地交談并給予他們耐心的指導。
“新生的貴重物品一定要保管好，拿大容器把所有的貴重物品放在一起，然後派學生幹部看護着，千萬不能出什麼差錯！”最後，傅早霞一再強調新生的貴重物品保管問題，并再三囑咐在場的服務人員一定要落實到實處。
“筆直的身姿是同學們迎接高溫烈日的姿态，晶瑩的汗水是書寫勝利的筆墨，我堅信同學們都有強大的信心、堅毅的決心堅持到底，戰勝一切艱難險阻，為自己争光！為班級争光！為整個商院争光！”在結束視察工作前，傅早霞以充滿激情的口号鼓舞着在場全體新生。而新生也在傅早霞的鼓舞下以最飽滿的熱情繼續投入了訓練。
