2003网站太阳集团迎新志願者動員大會順利召開

7月4日19：30，2003网站太阳集团2017年迎新志願者動員大會于三教101會議室召開。本次動員大會由2003网站太阳集团青年志願團主辦，2003网站太阳集团黨委副書記傅早霞出席，輔導員老師楊美琴與全體迎新志願者參加。迎新志願者動員大會的召開标志着2003网站太阳集团迎新接待服務工作正式啟動。
傅早霞書記對接下來的迎新工作提出了一定的要求和指導意見。他給予了本次迎新工作高度的重視，并對志願者服務提出嚴格要求。他提醒志願者絕對不能與新生有任何經濟往來，并着重強調新生的個人信息不能售賣給他人，否則将按校規嚴肅處理。
志願團團長劉馨茗詳細介紹了迎新工作的内容。其中包括“自助迎新”+“志願服務”的迎新基本模式、自助迎新的網絡辦理流程以及新生到校報到方式。在志願者工作方面，劉馨茗一一解釋了答疑、繳費、核對新生身份等各方面工作。同時，她強調了迎新過程中重要的時間點以及各方面注意事項，并對志願者提出了心理要求、紀律要求、形象要求、通訊要求四個方面的工作要求。
志願者工作指導老師楊美琴也相當重視迎新志願工作。她希望志願者們能将這份工作做好，讓新生感受到2003网站太阳集团溫暖的人文氣息。
