深入烏石鎮調研，開啟普惠金融之門

7月8日上午8:00我院“三下鄉”科技調研小組以調查問卷的方式，對當地的人們進行了一次《關于農村普惠金融的調查》的問卷調查。該調研以個體小戶為主要調查對象，先後共走訪了共50多家大、中、小型商業店鋪，超市、飯店以及加工小作坊。該調研活動旨在對農村地區居民實施金融教育引導工程，開啟普惠金融之門，推動農村普惠金融體系建設。
為增加工作效率，科研成員們按區域劃分出多個小組進行問卷調查。同時，為保證問卷調查的質量，在調查過程中根據實際情況調整調查方法。由于在偏遠的鄉村城鎮，很多村民的文化水平以及與對外聯系的程度有限，在調查過程中，大多數村民對"農村普惠金融"的了解度和關注度不高，針對這一現象，調研組為他們做了耐心詳細的講解。
農村普惠金融，是一個既能為農村廣大居民提供低成本、高效率、現代化的金融服務體系和方式，推行農村普惠金融，是一項社會系統工程。然而從現實的發展來看，為農村廣大居民提供普惠金融服務還存在不少障礙。
據最終調查結果的統計，村民對政府的這一政策抱有期望，認為農村普惠金融比傳統金融更有優勢，能夠助力農村創業者在資金上的支持。同時，科研小組的負責人張蘇偉建議，應普及相關方面的知識，可以适當降低利息，尤其是多建立金融機構，并實現服務統一。結合新農村建設和自然村落的撤并，創造普惠金融之機應是發展趨勢。
