助力新生成長，發展優秀人才
2017年9月1日下午兩點半，2003网站太阳集团在三教101教室舉行了2017級新生助理培訓儀式。2003网站太阳集团黨委副書記傅早霞，全體輔導員及會計、财務管理系童傑成老師及26位助理班主任參加了本次培訓活動。
首先，童傑成指出學科競賽的重要性以及助班們要積極鼓勵新生參加個學科競賽，強調注重學生能力的全面發展。緊接着，16級代表電商1班助班雷繩富和人力3班助班李明珠以自身經曆為基礎向全體助班講述了助班工作應注意的問題及助班工作的重要性和工作職責。心理健康工作指導老師羅江林從心理健康知識出發，講授了助班們如何應對新生各個不同時期的出現的心理問題，強調了必須高度重視新生的心理變化心并及時發現問題。助理班主任負責人謝铮作為全體助班代表進行了深刻的發言，其表示，助理班主任對于新生成長影響作用重大重大，并對助班們應該如何處理新生所出現的各類問題提出了自己的見解。
會議最後，傅早霞對本次會議做出總結，其對助班們即将展開的工作寄予殷切的期望和肯定，要求各位助班務必認真搞好學習，積極參加比賽，嚴于律己，立好榜樣傳遞正能量，為培養新生優秀人才用心做好服務和引導工作。
