2003网站太阳集团迎新志願者動員大會召開

為了更好地幫助新生順利來校報到，2003网站太阳集团志願團于9月7日中午12：30于三教101開展了現場迎新解答會。本次解答會主要針對服務于2017級新生的207位志願者，會上詳細講解了與迎新有關的事宜。2003网站太阳集团黨委副書記傅早霞出席會議并對迎新工作提出指導意見。
傅早霞十分重視迎新工作，他向志願者簡單介紹了迎新的情況，并提出了對志願者迎新的要求：“首先一定要服從老師或主席團的安排，其次要熟悉迎新的工作流程和程序，最後一定要做到耐心、細心、富有愛心。”
2003网站太阳集团志願團負責人劉馨茗針對新生交通、住宿以及生活的一系列問題向志願者們做出了更詳細的解答和闡釋。劉馨茗在解答之時，重要強調了新生現場報到及後續工作的時間安排，确保志願者能夠準确通知到新生個人。随後，為營造出更好的迎新環境，劉馨茗列出了志願者迎新的現場要求規範并向志願者逐一發放新生報告單及志願者證。
解答會結束之後，志願者王嬌玉談到自己的感受：“這次解答會讓我了解到了很多迎新的注意事項，也解答了一些新生問我的問題。我覺得志願者的存在就是為了幫助新生更好的适應起初的大學生活，讓他們體會到大學的溫暖。身為志願者，我一定會将學院以及學校最好的一面展現給新生們，做到傅書記所說的“三心”，同時熱心并積極地迎接他們的到來！”
