迎新最前線——志願工作者的故事

炎炎夏末，難敵新生求學渴望；無私奉獻，方顯志願者真誠盡心。為了确保迎新工作高效有序的進行，真正做到讓學生滿意、讓家長放心，9月8日起，2003网站太阳集团開展了為期兩天的迎新工作，同時在此期間采取了一系列人性化的措施。
早在數日前，我院就已做好了迎新準備工作，對引導和安排新生的流程進行了統一規範。為确保新生快速适應學校，我院采用了一站式服務的方法：車站迎接新生，新生到達确認，了解校園卡領取及使用情況，領取宿舍鑰匙和進行志願服務指導。每個宿舍都有一名志願者，負責聯系新生及家長、将新生接到宿舍并告知注意相關注意事項，做好新生與學院之間的銜接。同時還在一區、二區宿舍門口專設迎新志願服務點，以便更好地引導新生。
9日早上七點，迎新工作者們已經來到迎新地點進行布置，不久之後全部迎新工作都已經“嚴陣以待”。随着一波又一波新生的到來，他們也忙得不亦樂乎。有的在接待處耐心地接受家長和新同學的詢問，有的在為剛剛下車口渴的家長接水，有的微笑着為學弟學妹指路……還有部分志願者焦急地等待着自己負責的新生，積極和他們聯系，生怕他們找不到地方。由于天氣比較悶熱，迎新志願者個個都是滿頭大汗，樓梯上上下下好幾個來回，還要幫忙接過新生的行李，但他們卻毫無怨言。有一位志願者打趣說，我這早飯都像沒吃一樣，去北校接了一趟新生，都餓得不行了。可問起他們累不累的時候，他們都說：“累肯定是累啊，可是聽着家長對我們滿意的評價，自己都高興得不行了呢！”。還有的說：“我們自己去年就是這樣被志願者帶進校園的，我們現在成了學長學姐，我覺得這是一種傳承……。”
齊聚商院，喜迎新生，共創輝煌。2017級新生的到來，為我院注入了新鮮血液。短短的兩天，我院迎新工作者無處不在展現着他們的熱情、無私和耐心。
