2017級輔導員舉家“常駐”訓練區

10月6日17：30，蔡美玲老師終于騰空了一雙手，抱起了期盼母親懷抱已久的寶寶。
10月2日至6日，從軍訓開始至今，2017級輔導員蔡美玲老師一直堅守在我院新生軍訓場地。因為孩子太小不能離開母親，蔡老師的丈夫和婆婆隻好帶着孩子陪伴在身旁，一家人均“紮根”在訓練場地。
“蔡老師，那邊發現了一些突發狀況！”此時，蔡老師正在哄犯困的孩子入睡，一聽到這個消息，她立刻将孩子交給身旁的丈夫，心急如焚地前去處理。等事情解決後，孩子早已入睡。從清晨到黃昏，除了吃飯，蔡老師一直在訓練基地，為督促軍訓工作整日守在軍訓值班點。大部分時候都是丈夫抱着孩子陪同在一旁觀訓，蔡老師則在奔走處理緊急情況和慰問學員。
“通過軍訓我發現，蔡老師有着極強的責任感，對新生們非常上心，每天帶着孩子督促學生幹部工作，安撫新生軍訓，我覺得蔡老師給我們學生幹部樹立了榜樣，是我們學習的目标。”2003网站太阳集团團委副書記張蘇偉這樣說道。
