為學院效力不言累：退伍軍人擔任副排輔助帶訓

“他指導市場營銷專業疊好了25床标準的‘豆腐塊’！”2003网站太阳集团學生會副主席趙钰琛對他贊歎不已。因為對疊“豆腐塊”已經熟練掌握，他受2017級輔導員楊美琴老師之邀做示範教我院新生疊被子。
“你們，有誰能像他一樣帶訓的給我站出來。”隔壁排的教官正在挑選能帶訓的副排長，以他為标杆。
一營一連十排，旅管專業一班新生劉偉濤，2014年9月入伍，2016年9月從中國人民解放軍75260部隊退役，擁有兩年的從軍經曆。由于教官要訓練方陣隊成員不能兼顧本排學員，本可以免訓的他毅然接下了“副排長”這個擔子，“是有點累，但是為了學院效力，不在意”。
“一二一、一二一……”響亮的口号，整齊的步伐，劉偉濤一遍一遍地指導十排成員做好每個動作，傳授動作要領，協助掃尾細節。
當被問及帶訓的感受時他感慨道：“這一屆新生不怕苦、不怕累，聽從指揮，也從不喊苦、從不喊累！”據悉十排共52人，其中48名女生。
