我院2017級年級組舉行優秀校友經驗分享會

3月30日19：00，2003网站太阳集团2017級年級組于第一教學樓101室開展了優秀校友經驗分享會，2009級會計學專業優秀校友李啟源、2013級市場營銷專業優秀校友馮越、2013級經濟學專業優秀校友鄭遠軍對大學生的生活、學習以及學生幹部工作等方面的經驗進行了分享，2017級輔導員楊美琴、蔡美玲以及2017級所有班團參加了此次分享會。

據悉，李啟源曾任曆任班長、輔導員助理、宿管部副部長、學生會副主席、大四考上公務員，現任于長沙市開福區财政局；馮越曾任班長、年級長、學生會主席，并考取中南大學法律系碩士研究生；鄭遠軍曾任曆任班長、年級長、學生會副主席，現就職國企海螺水泥有限公司。

大會過程中，馮越表示大學四年，一定要培養發現問題的眼力、鍛煉解決問題的能力和敢于出錯的精神。馮越提出主動行動是工作完成的關鍵，一個沒有主觀能動性的人，無法做出完美的答卷。鄭遠軍強調了班級凝聚力的重要性，并從班級活動、班級大事紀、班團擔當和班級榮譽這四個方面闡述了自己對于培養班級凝聚力的建議，分享了自己的經驗。李啟源對自己大學四年進行了回顧，提醒同學們不僅成績十分重要，而且一定要有集體精神和集體榮譽感。他說：“既然選擇成為班團，那就不能過于計較個人的得失要樂于奉獻，盡心盡力為班級每一個同學服務。” 同時他指出當代大學生一定要認真做人，細緻做事。

大會最後，李啟源對自己在基層工作時的經曆進行了分享與總結，并與同學們進行了讨論，熱心地幫助同學們解決問題。他說：“當你不理解一件事的時候，那就遵守它的規則，因為最終你會明了，它對你總不會有壞處。” 本次活動發起人楊美琴老師表示優秀校友經驗分享會能充分發揮榜樣的力量，切實激勵2017級年級組成員，同時她也期待年級組成員們百尺竿頭更進一步！
