我院榮獲校輔導員職業能力大賽團體總分第二名

在剛剛結束的校第七屆輔導員職業能力大賽中，我院以團體總分第二名榮獲二等獎；雷芳、劉少芳和蔡美玲老師榮獲個人綜合獎三等獎，王知知老師榮獲個人綜合獎優勝獎；個人單項獎中，陳攀老師榮獲談心談話環節的第三名，雷芳、劉少芳老師分别榮獲基礎知識測試的第四名和第六名，楊美琴老師榮獲案例分析環節的第六名。
據悉，校第七屆輔導員職業能力大賽于2018年3月15日-20日在副校長胡石、學工處處長尹風雨的組織領導下舉行，全校一線在崗專職輔導員（含潇湘學院）參加比賽。其比賽項目包括基礎知識測試、案例分析、主題演講、談心談話與班情熟知等五個環節，内容涵蓋輔導員工作的各個方面，主要考察輔導員對相關知識的掌握程度以及對信息的處理分析和解決問題的能力。
學院黨委副書記傅早霞表示輔導員職業能力大賽意義重大，不僅有助于全面提升輔導員的業務能力和整體素質，還有助于強化學院學生工作管理隊伍建設，更有助于推進學校思想教育工作隊伍建設再上新台階。
