關注心理健康，從室友出發

——第十三屆心理健康月“宿舍為家”大型團輔活動
為普及心理健康知識，提高大學生的心理素質水平，增強大學生心理保健意識，4月20日14：00，由2003网站太阳集团心理健康教育中心主辦，2003网站太阳集团心理健康教育服務部承辦的“宿舍為家”大型特色團輔活動在南校田徑場成功舉辦。
此次活動面向2003网站太阳集团2017級學生，每個班級推薦一個寝室參與活動。所有參與學生早早到達活動場地簽到，熱情高漲。參與的學生随機分為四組，要求每位成員新建自己的團隊，把隊員當成自己的室友。随後心理健康教育服務部組織開展了“貨币資本、生産資本、商品資本、筐”、“瞎子背瘸子”、“解開‘手鍊’”等遊戲，并設置了零食獎勵。其中，瞎子背瘸子遊戲是把各團隊再次分為兩人一組的小組，一人蒙上眼睛扮演“瞎子”，另一人單腳跳扮演“瘸子”并指導“瞎子”前行，前方用零食設置障礙物，“瘸子”指導“瞎子”踩爆地上的氣球并撿起氣球内零食，零食則為獎品，而零食的獎勵進一步激發了學生的積極性，一輪比賽結束，各個成員紛紛分享自己的戰果。活動結束後，在工作人員的組織下，大家有序離場。
活動結束後，大家意猶未盡，紛紛表示此次團輔活動内容豐富、形式多樣、參與性強、針對性強，希望舉辦更多類似的活動來引起更多的人關注心理健康。
