2003网站太阳集团第三屆全體學生幹部大會順利召開

為鼓勵學生幹部提高工作水平，改進工作作風，強化服務意識，為學院工作更上新台階而努力奮鬥，2003网站太阳集团于5月3日19：30在三教101學術報告廳召開第三屆全體學生幹部大會。2003网站太阳集团黨委副書記傅早霞、團委書記陳攀與會。
會議上，傅早霞圍繞"什麼是學生幹部、為什麼要當學生幹部、怎樣做好學生幹部"三大方面展開話題。傅早霞提醒廣大學生幹部要謹記學生幹部的第一身份是學生，而學生的本職工作是學習。并告誡廣大學生幹部，雖然學生會工作也是學習的過程，更是實踐的一部分，但不能因此耽誤學習。更是以自身為例，強調學習才是硬指标，要能夠合理分配時間。同時指出學生幹部應具備五種基本素質：思想道德素質、科學文化素質、人文修養素質、心理素質和能力素質。随後，傅早霞就學生幹部要如何處理好工作開展、當學生幹部值不值得、利益沖突以及人際關系的各種問題做出建議。
會議最後，傅早霞語重心長地說道：“我希望學生幹部的奉獻精神一屆屆地傳承下去，幹部們也要守好最後一班崗，不能因為換屆而松懈。”
