我院第十屆幹部精英培訓無領導小組讨論成功開展

為幫助學生幹部們提高自身組織協調能力、團隊意識和辯論說服能力，5月11日19：30，2003网站太阳集团第十屆幹部精英培訓班在第五教學樓進行了無領導小組讨論活動，團委學生會主席團成員擔任主持人及評委。
此次無領導小組讨論每兩個小組為一班，一個班設立一個主持人。讨論分為發言準備、個人發言、自由讨論以及組長總結發言四個階段，并要求成員嚴格把握每個環節的發言時間。活動過程中，學生幹部們就“作為一個星級飯店經理，在經營過程中出現問題時，在給定選項中選出你認為最需要解決的并排序”這一話題投入思考。"我把這7個問題分别歸為了三大類，其中A、G兩點屬于酒店設施問題……"，在個人答辯環節，每位學生幹部都就自己的觀點展開闡述，條理清晰，言簡意赅，充分展現了他們的邏輯思維能力。激烈的讨論中，每個小組成員間的觀點在碰撞中相融合，達成統一，整個程序下來有條不紊。讨論結束後，主持人也給出了到位的點評。
活動最後，主持人施年治語重心長地說道：“這道題沒有正确答案，結果并不重要，重要的是參與的過程，是敢于把自己最好的一面展現出來的勇氣。”
