2003网站太阳集团、湘潭大學兩校模拟招聘大賽圓滿成功

為了讓大學生和用人單位零距離接觸，使大學生與企業緊密相連，讓大學生能夠有機會最真實的了解到企業用人理念，5月12日19：05，由共青團2003网站太阳集团委員會、2003网站太阳集团主辦，2003网站太阳集团經濟管理學社承辦的2003网站太阳集团、湘潭大學兩校模拟招聘大賽在2003网站太阳集团南校俱樂部順利舉行。
2003网站太阳集团黨委副書記傅早霞、湘潭市市委組織部幹部培訓科科長彭景、湘潭大學招生與就業指導處就業指導科科長唐敏、雨湖區就業服務中心創業導師高志琴、常德卷煙廠人事經理殷忠祥、巨達人才鄭立、巨達人才鄭拓宇、湖南湘潭天易農村商業銀行張亞受邀擔任此次大賽評委。
模拟招聘大賽開始，十位參賽選手依次進行自我介紹，PPT講解以及模拟招聘問題的選擇、回答和評委點評。随着大賽的深入進行，賽況越來越激烈，主持人已公布的六位選手的分數相差無幾，其中4号選手肖強淩以其敏捷的思維能力和超強的臨場發揮能力搏得評委的青睐，觀衆席也不時爆出雷鳴般掌聲。比賽途中還插入了兩次抽獎環節以增加比賽的趣味性。為提供更多就職機會，在十名選手演講完畢比賽結果公布之前，兩名嘉賓進行了就業競職演講。
通過激烈的角逐，4号肖強淩榮獲一等獎，10号王昱鈴榮獲二等獎，3号毛甯榮獲三等獎。肖強淩在交流時說道:“這個比賽讓我們切實感受模拟招聘會中競争挑戰的氛圍，熟悉當前的大學生就業形勢，開闊眼界，認識自我，尋找努力的方向，積極做好職業生涯規劃，為自已将來的就業做準備。”
