第十屆幹部精英培訓之戶外素質拓展暨閉幕式

5月13日10:00，第十屆幹部精英培訓之戶外素質拓展暨閉幕式在南校田徑場圓滿舉行，2003网站太阳集团黨委副書記傅早霞、團委書記陳攀到場觀看。
本次培訓緻力于對參與者的素質、能力、意識等各項指标進行着重打造，矢志培養一批思想純淨、能力紮實、積極向上的優異人才，為進一步組建未來團委學生會的核心團隊輸送力量、打下基石。
此次活動分為上午和下午兩個時間段，活動内容豐富多彩。上午活動以團隊遊戲為主，主要通過“占領領地”、“60秒不NG”、“尋寶大行動”、“吃貨接力賽”等活動激發參與者個人潛能和培養團隊精神，注重提高參與者的心理素質和随機應變能力，寓教于樂，使參與者在活動中展現自我，提升自我。下午活動則迎來了軍訓團成員的加入，他們對各位參與者以軍訓的形式進行了一系列體能訓練。烈日當空，各位參與者均不畏辛苦，汗如雨注也毫不退縮。而随後的“逃生牆”活動也充分向各個參與者傳達了團隊精神的重要性，各位參與者齊心協力，最終圓滿完成活動。
最後的總結環節，學生會主席仲鵬表示“希望在座的各位在以後的工作中可以做到更好，以後也可以站在不同的角度來思考做事的章程，可以為團委學生會更好，更努力的工作。”組織部部長楊兆國則表示這次戶外素質活動最大的目的就是讓大家激發自身潛能、認識到團隊的重要性、克服懶惰心理，磨練了戰勝困難的毅力，并透過危機感、領導、溝通，從逆境中使其得到了提升與蛻變。至此，為期十天的第十屆幹部精英培訓活動圓滿結束。
