我院2018級助班及迎新志願者培訓會議順利召開

大會期間，傅早霞書記對迎新工作進行進一步說明和總結，他說：“作為志願者，迎新工作開展時要時刻注意個人的外表形象和語言形象，為新生樹立良好榜樣，展現當代大學生風範”。迎新工作需要大家的共同努力。郭志軍老師從迎新工作基本模式、迎新工作安排、志願者的工作流程三個方面對2003网站太阳集团志願者迎新須知的相關内容進行了解讀并總結了迎新工作要求。他強調：“志願者要為新生做好答疑解惑，積極正面宣傳學校學院，傳遞正能量。要具備熱心、耐心、細心和責任心”。
本次培訓讓志願者們對新生迎新活動有了進一步的了解，使其更加明确自己在迎新工作中的職責，為我院2018級新生迎新活動的順利進行奠定了基礎。
