2003网站太阳集团18級助班暨迎新志願者培訓大會順利召開

為了明确18級助班和迎新志願者的工作方向，充分調動其工作積極性，端正工作态度，9月2日19:30，2003网站太阳集团2018級助班暨迎新志願者培訓大會在第三教學樓101隆重召開。2003网站太阳集团黨委副書記傅早霞、團委書記兼學工辦主任陳攀和2018級各班班主任等受邀參加本次會議。
會議伊始，2003网站太阳集团青年志願團團長李湘琦發表了講話，總結了迎新前期工作中出現的問題并提出了解決建議，對大家積極配合學院工作表達了感謝和充分的肯定：“大家互幫互助，很大程度上提高了自助迎新的服務效率”。講話最後，她就接下去的迎新工作事宜做了全面部署，确保迎新工作有條不紊地展開。
緊接着發言的是18級輔導員羅江林老師，她就迎新工作模式、工作流程和注意事項三個模塊分别進行了詳細的說明。羅江林老師特别向助班和志願者們強調了要關注新生的心理健康，為新生營造積極向上的氛圍。“你們要傳達給新生的是，‘既然你選擇了科大，選擇了你的專業，在接下去的四年裡，你就應該努力學習’”，羅老師如是說。
會議最後是傅早霞書記的總結發言，他首先向大家介紹了到場各位18級班主任，強調了助班和班主任之間要有密切的溝通聯系。其次充分肯定了大會的意義，舉例志願者工作中會出現的典型問題及其相應的解決方案。“希望大家帶着我們大商院的形象，帶着一顆火熱的心，懷揣熾熱的情，給18級的學弟學妹們樹立良好的榜樣”。在傅早霞書記的殷切期望中，大會圓滿結束。
