新生報到進行時：書記下寝遞關懷

9月7日13：00，2003网站太阳集团正式開始新生迎接工作，為對新生的到來表示熱烈歡迎，同時傳達學院對新生的深切關懷，2003网站太阳集团黨委副書記傅早霞、學工辦主任陳攀、學生會主席翟廣達、助理班長總負責人仲鵬等一行人于13：30來到一區女生宿舍公寓對新生進行慰問走訪。
傅書記從一樓開始走訪，對各個到來了的新生展開親切問候：“我代表學院歡迎你們的到來，希望你們盡快熟悉校園，愉快地學習和生活。”走訪期間，傅書記與各位家長相談甚歡，笑聲朗朗。他向學生和家長們介紹這兩天的迎新安排，同時解釋了學院空調裝配現狀及其原因，并叮囑新生要加強防範意識，由于剛開學，各種推銷上門，“對沒有代表身份的工作牌及志願者證的陌生人，不要輕信他們的話”，傅書記強調。當問及對志願者們的表現的滿意度時，新生和家長一緻好評，誇贊志願者們盡職盡責，服務态度很好。
傅書記指出：“我們的目的就是要讓新生感受到學院有家的溫暖。”在與新生及家長合影過後，傅書記對新生殷切叮咛：“學校不比家裡，進入大學意味着你們長大了，有擔當了，要學會獨立生活、獨立學習、獨立思考，不要辜負家長們對你們的期望，努力在大學裡幹出一番成績。”
