練剛勁之拳，養鬥戰之風

九月，朝氣四溢；九月，熱血蓬勃；九月，鬥志昂揚；九月，激情如火。9月16日下午，2003网站太阳集团軍訓新生開展軍體拳訓練，旨在提高新生力量、耐力與速度，鍛煉新生身體，增強新生體質。
烈日點燃了他們的激情，汗水點綴着他們的青春。籃球場上，新生們跟着教官出拳、收拳、轉身、踢腿、勾拳、出肘……套路連貫、協調、節奏分明，重心穩固。長拳舒展大方，動作靈活，迅速有力，出招必發聲。“呵哈！”，教官講解道：“以聲助力，不僅可以幫助我們把握節奏，使動作整齊劃一，更重要的是學會吐氣放松，而不是憋在胸裡，不利于身體健康。”為增強新生出招意識，教官們還增加了難度。在新生們保持出招動作時去幹擾他們、繞他們癢癢，新生們紛紛“有苦難言”。
“教官的講解語言通俗精練，示範動作直觀标準，邊做邊講邊糾，即使我們沒有什麼基本功，也能快速入門學習。學習軍體拳，既能夠強身健體，還能保護自己，有防身自衛的作用。”19級人力資源管理1班軍訓新生戴佩滢在下訓後說道。
一營一連十一排教官韓佳成表示：“開展軍體拳訓練，對培養新生們軍人般堅韌不拔、勇敢頑強的戰鬥作風，具有重要意義。希望新生們能夠在軍訓結束後繼續組織操練，複習鞏固，真正将其化為一項技能，這才是我們的初心！”
