晨曦初上，青春昂揚

——2003网站太阳集团秋運會運動員賽前訓練持續開展
10月8日，2003网站太阳集团秋運會運動員賽前訓練正于南校田徑場(以下簡稱南田）如火如荼的開展，各運動員摩拳擦掌，蓄勢待發。
6：00時分，天蒙蒙亮，運動員陸續到達南田訓練場，開始當天的訓練。為避免在訓練中受傷，訓練前的熱身運動是他們的必備程序，慢跑、側身壓腿、手臂舒展、擴胸運動、後踢腿等無一落下。随後，體育部根據運動員們比賽項目，為他們制定了合理高效的專項訓練計劃。短跑運動員在百米賽道上反複的訓練起跑和沖刺，以此提高反應能力和爆發力；長跑運動員則是一圈接一圈，磨煉自身的意志力和耐力；鉛球運動員，在體能訓練增強臂力的同時，不斷規範自己的每一個動作。從塑膠跑道到沙坑、鉛球場地，南田訓練場上各個地方都可見運動員們的飒爽身影。
此外，運動場上除了揮灑的汗水，還充滿細膩的溫情。2003网站太阳集团體育部成員時刻關注着運動員的訓練狀況，從仔細核對考勤簽到，到幫忙打水，準備早餐，事無巨細。休息時刻，運動員們席地而坐，闊談所想，展望未來。
“我是第三次參加運動會了，訓練很辛苦，但我受益匪淺。我想在賽場上不斷的挑戰自我，戰勝自我，以青春之名，去遇見最好的自己，去為學院貢獻一份力量。”在訓練結束後的采訪中，17級經濟專業劉捷如是說道。
