就業季，你準備好了嗎

9月10日下午，2003网站太阳集团在南校俱樂部召開畢業生就業動員大會，旨在通過動員2020屆畢業生認清就業形勢、提高就業競争力、把握就業機會，增強其就業自信以及就業積極性，幫助畢業生積極靈活應對就業市場的形勢變化。
本次大會由2003网站太阳集团團委學生會主辦，2003网站太阳集团就業服務部承辦，院黨委副書記傅早霞、2016級輔導員李玲莅臨指導，學工辦主任陳攀、學工辦副主任兼2016級輔導員張璐璐及2016級輔導員雷芳受邀出席大會。
大會伊始，就業指導老師李玲就就業的基本流程進行了詳實的說明，并提醒參會學生：“要通過就業指導課逐漸認清自己、了解自己，對自己有一個清晰的定位。”
随後，傅早霞副書記對2019屆畢業生的就業情況進行了分析，并提出了兩個方面的意見。一是要對現在面臨的形勢有清晰的認識，他強調：“知己知彼，百戰不殆！既要埋頭苦幹，又要擡頭看路！”二是要做好準備，抓住機遇，趕快行動起來,努力适應社會發展的需求。此外，他也提醒準備考研的同學要對目标學校進行準确的了解，向有經驗的老師咨詢。
大會最後，團委第一副書記王倩雯向在座老師送上了鮮花，在此教師節之際表達對老師的深情祝福。至此，本次會議圓滿結束。
