我院健康月“悅享·健康之美”主題擺點活動順利舉行

為積極響應2003网站太阳集团心理健康中心的倡導，2019年5月5日中午11時30分，2003网站太阳集团心理健康教育服務部健康月系列活動之擺點活動于南校美食廣場前正式舉行。
由于前期的宣傳以及充足的活動準備，盡管一直下着大雨，但各種豐富有趣的活動仍然引得路人紛紛駐足并參與其中。本次擺點活動共準備了四個小遊戲：“頭腦風暴”以趣味問答的形式考驗了同學們的知識水平；“八仙過海”是充滿趣味性的吹乒乓球過水杯；“情投意合”是極具挑戰性的投筷子進框；“耐心寫寫寫”則是讓同學們無錯誤地在規定時間内寫數字，十分考驗耐心與毅力。豐富的獎品，工作人員的耐心指導與鼓勵，讓同學們都樂在其中，現場氣氛十分活躍。
據悉，此次活動旨在加深同學對心理健康知識的理解，解決一些在學習、生活中産生的心理困擾，幫助同學們樹立健康心理意識，學會自我調節心理狀态，培養健康健全的人格。
