精誠團結，創建優秀班集體

——2003网站太阳集团心理健康服務部新生團體輔導圓滿結束
為了幫助新生了解班集體，快速熟悉彼此，并形成團隊意識，10月13日上午9：00，由2003网站太阳集团心理健康教育服務部主辦的2019級新生團體輔導在2003网站太阳集团第二田徑場正式開始。2003网站太阳集团19級新生齊聚第二田徑場參加此次團體輔導活動。各專業由負責人帶領至各自場地開展活動。
本次活動由心理健康教育服務部常務副部長劉科宏帶頭組織。此次活動一共分為五個環節，分别是辨别烏龜烏賊烏鴉、吸管傳遞皮筋、記名字、搶凳子以及解手鍊。破冰遊戲使得現場笑聲不斷。在辨别烏龜烏賊烏鴉的遊戲中，聽到烏龜這個詞時需抓住右邊的人的手指，同時也要注意自己左邊的同學是否會抓住自己的手指，但常常會有人聽錯名詞，例如“烏賊、烏鴉”等詞，現場氛圍輕松愉快，參與遊戲的新生通過破冰遊戲迅速和周圍同學熟悉起來。而最後的解手鍊環節，每個人需記住自己左右兩邊的人，将人物順序打亂之後，再牽起最初站在自己旁邊的人的手，形成一個複雜的手鍊。針對這一遊戲，心健部副部長王文譽表示：“其實這個遊戲需要領導人物，也需要個人的配合。我們的班團組織就像這個遊戲的指揮，他們發揮着重要的作用。希望通過這個遊戲，能更好地培養他們的團體意識，增進他們的同學感情。”
10月13日上午11：00，曆時兩個小時的團體輔導活動正式結束。19級工商管理專業的陳藝璇表示：“今天非常開心，通過簡單的遊戲熟悉了很多班級同學，希望以後還能多參加這一類的活動。”
